Happenings About Town

Harvest is winding down. There are still trucks filled with grain, going by our house on a regular schedule.

The Fall Festival held yearly at Trinity Lutheran Church was very successfull. Many quilts were sold and people generously gave over and above the price of the soup and sandwich meal. This money will be distributed locally where it is needed. Due to the pandemic, we did not have a festival last year and the year before we had a blizzard on the chosen date getting 24 inches of snow. Needless to say, the Fall Festival was cancelled that year.

Edinburg is a great place to live.

.

bake sale

Lots of homemade items were for sale, and were purchased at the Fall Festival.

kitchen crew

Carol Pewe, Vera Brandvold and Kari Larson were part of the kitchen crew who made the delicious meal served at the Fall Festival.
