RECIPE OF THE WEEK
Swiss &
Chicken Casserole
4 cups chopped cooked
chicken
2 cups croutons
1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss
cheese
2/3 cups salad dressing
1/2 cup milk
4 stalks celery
1/3 cup chopped onion
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all the
ingredients and put in a 2
quart casserole.
Bake 40 minutes or until
heated through.
Sprinkle with 1/4 cup
sliced (toasted) almonds
and bake another 5
minutes. Makes 6
servings
